This page introduces the Twist Easy Kit.  This kit contains the circular woven, 100% natural cotton fabric (12 inch width) plus a pdf E-book instruction guide needed to make your own, NO SEW, mattress.  This fabric is a much lighter fabric than our Twist original kit and is machine washable. The kit can easily fit into any conventional mattress cover if you have cats with sharp claws or if you feel you need a more durable mattress. This kit is recommended for use with non roasted buckwheat or millet hull filings.  Hulls are not included in kits and must be ordered separately (see next listing). 

The Small Kit includes 1 roll of fabric, enough to make one, Twin size mattress. 

The Large Kit includes enough fabric to make either two Twin Size mattresses, or one Full, Queen or King size mattress! 

A special feature of the large kit: Your mattress can be converted into any size you wish depending on how much you fill it.

Please allow 7 business days for your kit to be assembled. 

A Twin mattress requires 120 pounds,  a Full 150 lbs , a Queen 180 lbs, and King 240 lbs.  

You may purchase just the assembly instructions for the Twist Easy Kit as well, which will be sent to you via email as a pdf E-book.  Please allow 24 hours for the E-book to be sent as it is done manually. The  assembly instructions do not include resources for fabric.

The Layered kit  is now available for purchase!  Both the Small (Twin) and Large (Full to King) Kits are sold per layer and is now our most economical mattress!    You will need 60 pounds of hulls per layer for a Twin, 75 pounds per layer for a Full, 90 pounds per layer for a Queen, and 120 pounds per layer for a King.  The large kit also converts from a Full to a King Size Mattress.  This kit is a bit different as the large kit is basically two small kits that attach down the center.  Due to the nature of hulls, this connection feels seamless!  The benefit of this center connection is that a small kit can also create a Full to King kit by simply ordering more layers!

You lay across the bars, just like the Twist Easy.  You do not feel the center strap.  This is the mattress to order if you need a custom sized mattress or a toddler mattress.  An adult will most likely need two layers for adequate support but a younger child or petite person may enjoy just one layer.  Add a topper topper to the one layer for a different sleep experience!  More details on this design coming soon, but due to popular demand I am putting up the listing early.
